Many restauranteurs, and operators of other businesses where people gather, have learned that offering wireless Internet access increases customer loyalty and frequency, generating a better return on investment than many other marketing initiatives.

Deploying and managing a wireless hot spot is not without its problems, however. First, wireless Internet access has grown in popularity and is no longer as unique as it was a few years ago.
